At Least 12 Developments Coming to Downtown
Ponte Vista might be on many people's minds, but there are also many projects coming to San Pedro's heart.
Big changes are coming to our community and downtown in the coming months as at least 12 developments get started or completed.
One of the more noticeable and the largest one is the Vue, which the club admonished for not using union electricians.
Also among the developments is one by Habitat for Humanity, which will open in the Fall.
Over 400 new units will be added to the area along with over 40,000 new square feet of retail space, including a Starbucks at 5th and Gaffey.
A report on these projects will be the subject of our August meeting.
